An Introduction to the Law of Attraction and The Chakras

Do We Really Create Our Own Reality?

Discover the Link Between the Physical, Mental, and Material Through Positive Energy Healing and Balancing to Attract the Success, Love, and Respect You Deserve

Many times, we hear people say, “You manifest what you think” or “You are what you think you are”, suggesting that holding on to positive or negative thoughts brings the corresponding type of experience. It is a philosophical idea that when you occupy your mind with positive thoughts, positive events and occurrences are most likely to happen to you. On the other side of the coin, if you allow your mind to be filled with the opposite, you are likely to go through negative experiences. Most of us often think this to ourselves, wondering whether there is some higher explanation to why we go through the things we go through. The Law of Attraction offers a great deal of explanation for many of our experiences, and why they happen at certain period in our lives.

Relationship with the Chakra System

The chakra system is a collection of different energy points within the body starting from the base of the spine (the Root Chakra) to the top of the head (the Crown Chakra). The chakra system contains seven main chakra points in total, located vertically in the middle of our body. Each of these energy points serves different purposes, contributing specific benefits to our entire being, but together, they afford us an abundant and fulfilling life. Each energy point caters for different aspects of our lives, as long as the chakra and is kept open, balanced, and unblocked.

When the chakra points are all open, they function like a stream, flowing from one energy point to the other, transferring positive energy throughout our body. This grants us an internal balance that reflects externally in our day-to-day life. Once we achieve this internal balance, other aspects of our lives begin to fall into place. Our disposition is confident and becomes more positive and optimistic. Our work life, friendships, and relationships, become more stable and intentional. Automatically, these traits will attract other people who will want to share in our light, which is precisely where the Law of Attraction comes in.

The relationship between the Law of Attraction and the chakras is pretty straight forward. It states positive thoughts attract positive experiences, and since opening our energy points promotes positive thinking and energy healing, the logical conclusion is that a flowing chakra system attracts positive experiences.

The Chakra Points and Attraction

The seven chakra points have different forms of energy which are released into the mind and body. Practically everything in the universe, living or nonliving has a form of energy running through it. The Root Chakra releases a form of energy that gives you a sense of being grounded, secure, and safe within your environment. It connects you to basic needs and fosters your acceptance of abundance. If you do not feel this way within your environment, it will be hard to influence other people to feel the same way. The same goes for the feeling of joy, self-confidence, and intuition.

However, it is not always easy to keep our chakra points open all the time. No human being (not even the monks and the experts) can maintain the alternate form of positive energy all the time. For this reason, practices like yoga, binaural vibrations/beats, and meditation have proven to be very important, as they help in channeling inner energy points as best as possible, keeping us refreshed.

Let us briefly examine each chakra points and explore how keeping them balanced can make the law of attraction work in our favor.

The Root (Muladhara) Chakra

The Root Chakra is the first point on the stream of energy that is the chakra system. It is located at the base of the spine and gives us a sense of safety and security within our space. It is very foundational to the entire system because of its nature. Feeling assured and at peace with regards to our basic needs is necessary, for other feelings to be stable and well-grounded. When this aspect of your life is taken care of, and manifests physically, you approach your basic needs with assurance and a positive mindset, which increases your chances of achieving them, surpassing them, and redefining them progressively. It is also the very key to financial independence.

The Sacral (Svadhisthana) Chakra

An open Sacral Chakra is one of the most important chakra points to the Law of Attraction. This is because the sacral chakra is responsible for our creative and sexual energy. When the Sacral Chakra is blocked, we become less creative, versatile, and less sexually confident. This reduces our chances of attracting positive people – both creatively and sexually – which then reduces our chances of having positive experiences in that regard.

The Solar Plexus/Navel (Manipura) Chakra

Confidence is attractive and confident people attract other confident people, in order to enjoy positive experiences together. This is the case with the navel or the Solar Plexus Chakra. An open Solar Plexus chakra represents the parts of our mind related to self-esteem, confidence, personal identity, and personal power. Having this chakra blocked gives you very little control over your own affairs, and increases the possibility of going through bad or traumatizing experiences, as you do not have enough grit to control what does and does not come your way.

The Heart (Anahata) Chakra

Apart from bridging the first three chakras to the last three, the Heart Chakra represents the part of us that radiates joy, love, and happiness. When it comes to the list of attractive attributes, these three are definitely at the top of the list. A balanced Heart Chakra fills our aura with joy and opens us up to full living. Maintaining this positive state of mind changes your perspective on life, increasing your chances of yielding positive outcomes.

The Throat (Vishuddha) Chakra

Truthfulness and authenticity are one of the most attractive traits in a person (at least to truthful people). An open Throat Chakra helps us in bringing out our authentic self. It helps us with the clarity we need in carrying out our daily activities, clearly and boldly expressing our opinions and convictions. When you stand confident in your own skin and stand by your decisions, you attract people with similar traits. Interacting with like minds makes you more authentic and make more solid decisions, which automatically puts you in more positive situations.

Third-Eye (Ajna) Chakra

The benefits of an open Third Eye Chakra bear another direct relevance to the Law of Attraction. This chakra accounts for our intuition, sixth sense, and mental clarity. It allows us to speak a special language within ourselves, and make decisions based on our internal conversations. It enables us to have razor sharp focus on accomplishing our goals. When your Ajna is open and balanced, your instincts are sharper and more active, and you can almost smell and avoid a bad experience coming your way!

The Crown (Sahasrara) Chakra

The final and most spiritual of all Chakras is located right at the top of the head (technically above the head). It represents the fact that you are in essence a divine being going through a human experience on Earth, and you are practically one and the same with the entire universe. With respect to the Law of Attraction, the Crown Chakra definitely infuses you with positive, peaceful thoughts. More practically, feeling at peace with the entire universe makes you see the positive in every experience, regardless of how it presents itself.

Last Words

In a nutshell, keeping our chakra points open gives us a solid chance of having positive thoughts and positive experiences. Ironically, negative experiences are part of the most common causes and common effects of blocked energy points. They are a sign from the universe that we are attracting the wrong energies, people, or darkness. We are more likely to encounter more positive people and have more positive experiences if we make more conscious efforts to prevent our chakras from being unbalanced, and to reopen them when we feel distorted.
